Employee & Occupational Health

The Parkwest Employee and Occupational Health Services program provides companies of all sizes the opportunity to improve health and wellness of its employees. We offer services from routine pre-employment physicals, drug screens, and health screening to healthy planning initiatives. Our goal is to educate employers and employees regarding wellness, disease processes, medication compliance, and ultimately to reduce disease risk factors. Onsite health risk assessments (HRA) and health coaching may occur with groups or individually. We develop action plans based on risk assessments to targeting an individual’s risk factors. In addition, we work with primary care physicians augmenting disease management. Our focus is health education to enhance wellness.

Making a difference takes time, trust and dedication. We achieve this goal by meeting employees at the worksite and offer regular follow-up coaching/counseling. Additionally, we provide companies demographic reports on employees as a group, and offer suggestions for wellness improvements.
